Work for restaurants, bars and shops.
Somebody standing on the Town Square right now is deciding where to eat, and they are deciding on a phone. They will look at four or five places for about six seconds each. Your food is better than the pictures of it. That is fixable and it is costing you covers.
I know you have one free hour and it is not at dinner. I work around service, not through it. I shoot fast, I shoot with your chef, and I do not need to rebuild your dining room to do it. I light the room so it looks like it does at seven on a Friday, not like a real estate listing.
What a restaurant or shop usually needs
Dishes, plated the way you actually plate them. Bar and cocktail work. Interiors, warm and full rather than empty and wide. The team, front and back of house. Product and retail, if you sell something off the shelf. Short vertical video for socials, cut from the same shoot. Menus, boards and the print that has to match. And a website that loads fast on a phone and does not hide the hours.
How the scheduling works
Mid morning or between lunch and dinner. Two to four hours gets most places a library that lasts a year.
